If your product is out of warranty, our support team will still provide troubleshooting assistance; however, free replacement is no longer available.

If you still wish to have your device repaired, that is possible, but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping and inspection fees, and the total cost may exceed the value of the product itself. Considering these factors, purchasing a new camera may be a more cost-effective option.
